Returns
Considered pieces, considered exchanges.
Every LOOXS piece is made to a considered standard. Returns are accepted on a limited basis and only under the terms below.
The window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with all LOOXS packaging and the numbered chapter card.
Sizes we carry
Womenswear: Small, Medium, Large only. Menswear: Medium, Large, XL only. LOOXS does not offer alterations or bespoke customisation on catalogue pieces — please refer to the size guide before ordering.
What is not returnable
Gift cards, eyewear that has been unsealed, leather goods that have been used, and any piece marked 'final sale' at checkout are non-returnable.
How to return
Write to care@looxsfashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return. A member of the concierge will confirm your request within one working day and issue a return address. Return shipping is at the client's expense unless the piece has been dispatched in error or arrived faulty.
Refunds
Once the returned piece has been inspected at the atelier, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
