Shipping
Every LOOXS piece ships from India.
The LOOXS atelier in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh dispatches every order directly to the client. All pieces are made in India — none are re-routed through London or any European hub.
Where we ship
India (all serviceable pin-codes) and internationally to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, the UAE and the EU. For destinations not listed, please write to care@looxsfashion.com — a member of the concierge will respond within one working day.
How long it takes
Domestic India: 3–5 working days after dispatch. International: 7–14 working days, subject to customs. Every order is dispatched via insured courier with tracking sent to the email on file.
Duties, taxes and courier
Domestic delivery is included in every order. International orders are shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid) — the recipient is responsible for the destination country's customs duties and import taxes. LOOXS is not able to prepay these.
