The house
LOOXS is a trading name of the LOOXS luxury house, designed in London and crafted at the atelier in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. All orders are fulfilled from India.
Orders and pricing
Every listed piece is subject to availability. LOOXS reserves the right to accept or decline any order and to correct any pricing or product error at any time. Prices on the site are indicative — final invoicing is confirmed at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR).
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the LOOXS name, emblem, photography, editorial copy and chapter architecture — is the exclusive property of the LOOXS house. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission from care@looxsfashion.com.
Liability
LOOXS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any piece. In every case liability is limited to the value of the piece purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
